Return Policy

-All returns must be pre-approved by Goldmax. The RMA # must be obtained before return of shipment.

                            -The RMA # must be shown on all SHIPPING DOCUMENT(S).

                            -A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to ALL return merchandise.

              -No freight charge(s) will be reimbursed on any returns, including “Freight Prepaid” shipment.

              -Customer is responsible for ALL freight charges on return merchandise including any and all other incidental cost that incurred.

              -No return can be accepted after 180 days of purchase.

              -No damaged merchandise can be returned. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, it will be refused/rejected. The refused/rejected products will be returned to sender at their own expense.

               Absolutely No exception can be made to this policy.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
